Unsatisfied with your purchase? Return it in the original packaging, undamaged within 30 days for a full refund, exchange with an item of equal value, or a gift card. All items returned after the 30 days return period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Item damage? Please contact us at bookandbottle333@gmail.com within 3 business days and attach pictures of the damaged product. We will give you a full refund, including shipping, and there is no need to return the damaged item.

At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns. You are responsible for return shipping. Please allow for 5 business days after receipt to process your return. If your return is accepted, we will email you. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
